We are seeking a Casual Receptionist to join our team on an “on call” basis.

A friendly ‘can do’ attitude and a team player with excellent customer service is a must. You will also be able to ensure a warm and welcoming environment for our clients.

Key attributes:

  • Previous experience in a Reception, customer services role
  • A friendly, warm and approachable manner
  • Excellent telephone skills and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to communicate confidently and effectively with a wide range of people
  • The ability to work autonomously with high integrity and trust
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
  • Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional and friendly with can do attitude

The successful candidate will need to be well organised with a mature attitude and have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills as this is a front line role.

You will also have an eye for detail and a desire to provide the best quality service to the many customers, internal and external, that you will come into contact with.
