DID YOU KNOW? The Avantidrome Community Trikes programme started off with just 40 rides in its first year and now, 5 years on, we've hit over 8,000! It's a programme that warms our heart ❤️ and truly makes a difference to the lives of those living with limited mobility or undergoing rehabilitation following illness or injury. If you know of someone you think would enjoy the freedom of triking, bring them along on Saturday 13th July and try the Trikes for FREE. We've two complimentary sessions at 11.30am and 12.30pm. #GumbootUpNZ! It’s Gumboot Friday this Friday! Join us in support of this awesome fundraising initiative by I AM HOPE that seeks to ensure that Kiwi kids and teenagers can access counselling services for free. For many, having depression is like walking through mud every day so the idea behind Gumboot Friday is to walk in their shoes for a day. 🥾 Wear your gumboots to work on Friday 5th April 🥾 Donate at www.iamhope.org.nz 🥾 Post a picture on social media using the hashtag #GumbootUpNZ!
